Malteurop 2 Row is an American malt grown in Montana. It is a versatile base malt that is light in color and produces a fuller body with a delicate and sweet flavor. This malt can be used up to 100% of the total malt content of a recipe. Up until now it has only been available to professional breweries in bulk. This malt has very good enzyme content that is sufficient to support up to 35% adjuncts without altering your brewing procedures. A protein rest is not necessary.
