darker, maltier version of its lighter counterpart, Hefeweizen. Amber-brown in color yet medium-bodied with a slightly sweet, bready flavor. A specialty
wheat yeast produces the characteristic phenols

This was my first brew and it turned out well. Good easy drinking beer with a rich malt taste - like they say, slightly sweet and bready.
