Irish Cream is a blend of Irish Whisky, cream and chocolate.
Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1 cup (200 g) of
granulated sugar into a 34 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 26 fl. oz.
(750 mL) of 25-30% alc./vol. grain alcohol or neutral vodka. Shake until
the sugar has completely dissolved. Before serving, blend 1 fl. oz. (29
mL) of whipping cream into 4 fl. oz. (115 mL) of Irish Cream.
Refrigerate any unused liqueur for a maximum of 1 week. Makes 30 fl. oz.
