Amaretto is the most popular Italian almond liqueur.
Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1 ¼ cups (250 g) of granulated sugar into a 34 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 26 fl. oz. (750 mL) of 25-30% alc./vol. grain alcohol or neutral vodka. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 mL) of glycerin. Makes 31 fl. oz. (900 mL).
