Unlike table top & screw style fruit presses that use a moving screw & plate, these presses use a stationary threaded shaft with a ratcheting head to do the pressing with a greater amount of pressure, torque & capacity.

Grape press includes: 1) A pressed steel base with threaded shaft & drain pan. 2) Split wood basket with metal bands, hinges & pins. 3) Wood pressing plate & wood blocks. 4) Ratcheting head with metal locking keys.

Basket measures 10" x 14" with a capacity of roughly 50 pounds.
