This fast becoming my favorite beer. We make according to label using yeast supplied, the results are excellent! Lately have been adding one ounce of Tettanang aroma hops for 5 days (after 7 days fermentation) for just a little bit more hoppy bite. Muntons connoisseur line can't be beat for quality.
