OK this one we had to change the name because of our friends who just KNOW that they don't like anything bitter. Now known as "Ale Mary Full of Taste" they love it! Like all the Munton kits it's pretty much made according to label except the one ounce of Willamette aroma hops for 5 days after fermenting for 7. Great clean taste and we love that subtle red hugh. Munton kits rule!
