Straw color with golden hues and a lacy white head. Slightly sulphur nose (dissipates with further bottle conditioning-'lager' means 'to store' in German), light in body and a subtle hint of malt, appropriate bitterness promotes a clean finish. A true European style lager.
Recommended to be brewed with 1kg of Coopers Brew Enhancer2. Alternatively you can use 500g Light Dry Malt and 250g Dextrose/Sugar. Store for at least 12 weeks in the bottle prior to drinking.
