If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order (shipping charges not included).

Our desire is to provide you the opportunity to shop for the highest quality products from the convenience of your home or office.
We encourage you to contact us by e-mail or by phone to resolve any issues regarding purchases or products.

In the event that merchandise is damaged in shipment, please retain damaged merchandise, records and all packing materials for possible inspection by carrier.
 
If you decide to return an item, please email or call us, and be sure to reference the order number so that we can take appropriate action.

NOTE: When your merchandise is received and inspected it must be free of any damage and in a condition that the merchandise can be resold, unless of course you received the item in damaged condition.  This means that if you are shipping merchandise back to us please pack the item/s so that they do not get damaged in transit.  If possible please include a copy or your order confirmation in the return package so that we can easily track who the return is from and who to refund to.
